The Toyota Action for Google Assistant lets you use your Remote Connect service with any Google Assistant powered device, such as the Google Home, Google Home Mini or the Google Assistant App on your smartphone.
Requirements
Choose your Vehicle. Set up the new 4 digit PIN, reenter PIN to confirm and press ‘Save’ to link the Vehicle.
Note: This is not the same PIN used for the Remote Connect App.
If the Remote services for the selected vehicle need renewal or if the vehicle is not Remote Connect compatible and Remote services have never been enrolled, the customer will be presented with the messages as shown.
Toyota “Action” has been successfully linked to the Google Assistant for the selected vehicle.
Execute the Toyota Action Commands from your Google Assistant enabled devices.Note: Customers who have multiple compatible Toyota vehicles are also supported.
Change which vehicle is set to active via Voice.Note: Requires iOS version 10.0 or later/ Android device running 5.0 and higher. Some Android phones have a built in Google Assistant. To know if you have Google Assistant, hold down on your home button or icon.
