Wi-Fi Overview

The Customer can connect up to five devices to AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspot by using their vehicle as a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot with a 2 GB or 3 months trial, whichever comes first.
Press the [Menu] button on the Audio Multimedia display, then press ‘Setup.’
Scroll down the Setup List to locate Wi-Fi.
To turn ON the Wi-Fi Hotspot, select Wi-Fi Hotspot: OFF. Once turned ON, the wireless access point name is displayed.

Note: To personalize the access point name, select ‘Access Point Name.’

On the iPhone, go to SETTINGS, then select Wi-Fi. Once Wi-Fi is turned ON, select the Wi-Fi access point name of the vehicle under CHOOSE A NETWORK.
On the iPhone, enter the password as shown on the Audio Multimedia display.

Note: On the Audio Multimedia display, to view and personalize the password, select ‘Password’ and then select ‘Show Password’ or ‘Change Password.’

The phone should now be successfully connected to the in-vehicle Wi-Fi.
Press the [Menu] button on the Audio Multimedia display, then press ‘Setup.’

On the Android Phone, go to Settings > Connections
Tap the ‘Wi-Fi’ button to turn it on. Select the Wi-Fi Network name of the vehicle under ‘Available networks.’
On the Android Phone, enter the password as shown on the Audio Multimedia display.

Note: On the Audio Multimedia display, to view and personalize the password, select ‘Password’ and then select ‘Show Password’ or ‘Change Password.’

The phone should now be successfully connected to the in-vehicle Wi-Fi.

The phone should now be successfully connected to the in-vehicle Wi-Fi.

There are three ways to sign up for Wi-Fi. Choose from one of the following:
Has the Customer connected their phone to the vehicle’s Wi-Fi Hotspot?
To enroll via vehicle’s Wi-Fi Hotspot, a Customer first needs to connect their phone to the vehicle’s wireless access point.
Select ‘Connecting to Wi-Fi’ to learn how to connect to the vehicle’s wireless access point.
Once connected to the vehicle’s Wi-Fi Hotspot, the mobile device will be redirected to AT&T.
Tap GET STARTED.

Note: If the device does not redirect, visit https://www.att.com/Toyota to sign up.

On the ‘Let’s get started!’ page, enter the required information and then tap CONTINUE.
‘Account created’ message displays requesting to check email.
Open the email received by the Customer and tap ACTIVATE YOUR TRAIL.
Enter the User Id and password. Accept the Terms & Conditions by selecting the checkbox and then tap CONTINUE. Account created message is displayed. Tap ACCOUNT DASHBOARD to see the account details.
The Customer should now be successfully enrolled in the Wi-Fi trial.
After the vehicle has been purchased, there may be an email from AT&T. Follow the link (https://www.att.com/Toyota). and then select SIGN UP.
To create an account, enter the VIN and then tap CONTINUE.Tap GET STARTED
On the ‘Let’s get started!’ page, enter the required information and tap CONTINUE.
‘Account created’ message displays requesting to check email account to Activate the trial.
In the email received by the Customer, tap ACTIVATE YOUR TRAIL.
Enter the User Id and password.Accept the Terms & Conditions by selecting the checkbox and then tap CONTINUE. Account created message is displayed. Tap ACCOUNT DASHBOARD to see the account details.
The Customer should now be successfully enrolled in the Wi-Fi trial.
Wi-Fi sign up via the Toyota App is currently under construction.
Wi-Fi Subscription sign up
Choose one of the two different ways for the Customer to sign up for in-vehicle AT&T Wi-Fi subscription:
Has the Customer connected their phone to vehicle’s Wi-Fi?
To enroll via vehicle’s Wi-Fi Hotspot, a Customer first needs to connect their phone to the vehicle’s wireless access point.
Select ‘Connecting to Wi-Fi’ to learn how to connect to the vehicle’s wireless access point.
If the Wi-Fi trial has ended, the mobile device will be redirected to AT&T. Tap LOG IN.
Enter myVehicle ID, Password and click LOG IN .
After logging in, myVehicle Account dashboard displays Wi-Fi account information.
Tap PURCHASE MORE DATA to purchase a Subscription.
Is the Customer already an AT&T customer?
Select ‘Connected Car Prepaid Unlimited Data’ plan.
On reviewing the transaction summary, accept the Terms and Conditions and then tap ACTIVATE YOUR PLAN.
Input credit card information and address. After processing, ‘Purchase complete’ screen displays. Tap ACCOUNT DASHBOARD to review the account.
The Customer should now be successfully enrolled in the Wi-Fi subscription.
Step
Select ‘Already an AT&T customer’ and then click CONTINUE.
Enter Primary user mobile number and then click CONTINUE.
Enter User ID and Password, then click LOG IN.
The myVehicle account dashboard is displayed.
The Customer should now be successfully enrolled in the Wi-Fi subscription.
The Customer will receive an email notification that their Wi-Fi trial has ended.
The Customer can either follow the link provided in the email or go directly to the AT&T website (https://www.att.com/Toyota). On the landing page, click LOG IN.
Enter User ID, Password and click LOG IN.
After logging in, myVehicle Account dashboard displays Wi-Fi account information.
Click PURCHASE MORE DATA to purchase a Subscription.
Is the Customer already an AT&T customer?
Select ‘Connected Car Prepaid Unlimited Data‘ plan.
On reviewing the transaction summary, accept the Terms and Conditions and then click ACTIVATE YOUR PLAN.
Input credit card information and address. After processing, ‘Purchase Completed’ screen displays. Click ACCOUNT DASHBOARD to review the account.
The Customer should now be successfully enrolled in the Wi-Fi subscription.
Select ‘Add vehicle to Existing Account’ and then click CONTINUE.
Enter Primary user mobile number and then click CONTINUE.
Enter User ID and Password, then click LOG IN.
The myVehicle account dashboard is displayed.
The Customer should now be successfully enrolled in the Wi-Fi subscription.
